Sport-Series Forged 2.0L Pistons (87.5mm Bore)

Our Sport-Series pistons are Made in the USA by our partner Racetec Pistons. These pistons are machined from 2618 Alloy forgings, not the more fragile 4032 Alloy like some other companies offer. Many features originally developed in our race winning engine programs have trickled down and and are standard features in these Sport Series pistons.  

Standard features:

Extra deep valve reliefs are VCT & Hi-Lift Cam friendly

Valve reliefs fit oversize valves up to 37.5/31mm

Optimized 1.136" (28.85mm) compression height to reduce the distance they sit below the deck

827" (21mm) wristpins

H.D. extra thick Wire-Loc's

Use 1mm, 1.2mm, 2.8mm ring sets

Designed to be used with stock length rods

87.5mm (standard)

Compression Ratio Options:

8.5:1 & 9.5:1 for Turbo/ Supercharger use with UPGRADED WRISTPINS!

10.5:1 for Pump Gas normally aspirated, nitrous, and low boost engines

12.2:1 for big cam Premium Pump Gas or E85 normally aspirated or nitrous engines

13.5:1 for 100+ octane, E85, OR methanol burning normally aspirated engines with LATERAL GAS PORTS and UPGRADED WRISTPINS
