Pro-Series CNC-ported 2.3L Ecoboost Head

Since 2015 our company has been on the forefront of Ecoboost engine development program. These Pro-Series heads feature an increase in airflow of over 45% on the intake side, and up to 25% on the exhaust side!  We start with brand new OEM head casting, and completely CNC machine them with our proprietary porting and chambers.  After all the CNC machining is done, we do a competition valvejob, and surface the head so it's perfectly flat and ready to go!

Because the exhaust manifold is cast as an integral part of the cylinderhead, there are areas within the exhaust ports that can not be reached with conventional porting tools.  Our CNC porting is performed from the valveseat end of each exhaust port as well as around the outlets.  To reach the area that can't be reached with our porting tools, we offer optional Extrude Honing of the exhaust ports.  As an added bonus in addition to the improved flow, the abrasive media polishes the port walls which reduces the heat transfer from the exhaust gasses to the waterjackets.  This added insulation increases the energy in the exhaust available to drive the turbine wheel!

We supply the heads bare (ready to assemble), as well as assembled (with valves, our Ti retainer/dual valvespring kit, and new valvestem seals).
