Do you have worn or loose lifter sleeves in your head!  No more need for temporary fixes like set screws or staking.  Ream the damaged or oversize lifter hole with a readily available 22mm reamer, and then simply press in one of our OVERSIZED O.D. sleeves and never worry about your lifter sleeves moving again when you torque your lash adjusters!

Description: Our solid lifter conversion sleeves are made in house from US sourced steel to provide unmatched strength and stability. The knurl on the outside circumference provides an extra level of protection against rotation that many of our competitors overlook because it requires extra time on the machine which costs more money to produce the parts. The OVERSIZE ~22mm. O.D. is approximately .021" larger than standard OEM lifter bores which requires the use of a 22mm reamer. press to keep the sleeves from rotating without having excessive press which results in split lifter bosses.

**Always torque the jam nuts to 65ft.lbs., and never use Loctite on the adjusters or jam nuts, only use Loctite on the adjuster sleeves when pressing them in place**

*** Lifter bosses must be machined down so that the lifter boss does not stick up more than the pressed in lifter sleeve.  Failure to do the required machine work will result in inadequate room to set lash and may cause a false torque value when tightening the jam nuts.  ***
